Deepa Willingham, President


Born and raised in Calcutta, India, graduated from Calcutta University with graduate degrees from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and the University of Wisconsin.  Mrs. Willingham as been an instructor at Santa Barbara City college, an inspector for the College of American Pathologists and Administrative Director for Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.  She is current VP, Finance for BBW Energy out of Houston, TX.  Besides her very impressive educational and professional background, Mrs. Willingham has been an active member of Rotary International as a Past President,  Rotary International District 5240 District Governor Elect (2010 - 2011), Rotarian-of-the-Year (2003) and a charter member of the Solvang Paul Harris Society.


Jeffery Little, Treasurer

Jeff attended the University of Utah on a swimming scholarship and graduated in 1982 with two Bachelor of Science degrees: Accounting & Finance. He is the owner of Financial Telesis Company, a Registered Investment Advisory firm and Financial Planning firm established in 1984. He has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1986. Jeff’s volunteer services have focused primarily on children and young adults. He is a former Treasurer of the Santa Ynez Valley Therapeutic Riding Program and has served on the Santa Ynez Valley Union High School Board since 2005. Jeff has also been a member of the Santa Ynez Valley Rotary since 1997. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and for many years has served as the Chair for Vocational Services, Youth Services and the Scholarship Committee.


John Ecklund, Director

Born and raised in Jamestown, N.Y.. Owner of JDE Tech, Inc. a Manufacturers Representative Company, Thousand Oaks, Ca.. John is a member of Gideons International-President of the Thousand Oaks Camp 2009-2010. Member of the Rotary Club of Conejo Valley since 1998 serving as Past President, Group Rep and Assistant Governor.


Dana Moldovan

Dana has an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Romania (her country of origin), a Certification in Business Management from UCLA and now she is in the process of acquiring a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA). Dana was partner into a high tech company that got acquired by a Public Company. After completing her contract with the buyer she started her own 501©3 company and now she works full time on humanitarian projects. Dana joined Rotary International in 2002 and is very active in her Club – Newbury Park, District 5240 (she had many board positions as: Secretary, International Chair, Grants Chair, Membership Chair, President). She is a Major Donor and Member of Bequest Society. Dana travels a lot she participated on Polio Immunization campaigns in Nigeria and India, visited Honduras for humanitarian projects, Israel for Triumph Project – Peace and Conflict Resolution, and also completed many projects for Romania.


Sally Adelble, Director

Past District Governor of Rotary International District 5240 (2005/06). Business and Gallery owner for 30 years. On the Board of Directors of GOCARE and Advisory Board Member for HAN for at risk children in Los Angeles County.

Steve Wallace, Director

Steve Wallace, born in Redding, California in 1955, grew up in the small town of Central Valley. He graduated from Central Valley High and attended Shasta Junior College for 2 years studying Industrial Arts. Steve met his wife of 34 years, Vicky, during his senior year in high school. They have two daughters, Kelly 31, and Cris 28.

The Wallace’s founded Totally Wired, Inc, a wire harness manufacturing company, Totally Themed Inc, a theme park contracting company, and Wallace Leasing, an equipment leasing company.

In 2005 the couple made the decision to close Totally Themed, Inc and sell their commercial assets so they could work on Rotary projects full time. Since this life changing decision, the couple have been to Kano, Nigeria twice for polio immunizing and water projects, India 5 times for water projects, polio immunizing, the Kohima Orphanage in Nagaland, the PACE Learning Center near Calcutta, Uganda 5 times to work in Oduworo Village, a District 5330 project, China, Kenya, and 8 European Countries.

Steve and Vicky are 10 year members of the Lake Elsinore Rotary Club, Paul Harris Society, Benefactors, Bequest Society Members, and Major Donors. Steve was Rotarian of the year for District 5330 in 2005-2006.
